It's situational and the value changes with different stages of the game. Would I prioritize +skills over things like resistances and solid +% damage, granted skills, etc. Sometimes it's more efficient to dump all your points into a screen clear skill for comfortable leveling, and +skills can let that skill carry you longer than otherwise. ![]() ![]() While leveling, the latter is more valuable than the former. +Skills is a very nice bonus, though in the grand scheme of things its primary value is that a) it can allow you to overcap your key skill*, which is typically subject to diminishing returns but still worthwhile when you've stacked enough modifiers b) it can allow you to get a wide breadth of passives doing extra work with only a single point's investment. Sheet DPS only measures whatever skills you have in your mouse click slots, and I don't think it accounts in any way for devotion procs linked to those skills either. I wouldn't worry about it too much, though in the specific case I'd stay with the OA/DA rather than the sheet DPS. ![]()
